In the even of commencement of suit to enforce payment to this note the undersigned jointly and separately agree to pay such additional sum of attorney's fees and court costs as the court my adjudge reasonable. The student agree to take and the Studio agrees to find the instruction for which this payment is agreed to be paid. Instructors shall be from the staff as assigned from time to time and no specific instructor is guaranteed. The undersigned acknowledges the existence of certain inherent risks in this type of training and hereby agrees to assume all risks himself. He/she further relives the Y.I.C. Taekwondo, it's management, assigned instructors, and any fellow students from any liability resulting from any personal injury and or loss personal property. The student acknowledges that rules and regulations governing the center have been adopted and my be changed from time to time, and the student agrees to abide by all such rues and regulations governing the center. Testing fees, uniforms, required equipment, special events, etc., are not covered by this agreement. This contract is not assignable and is not subject to cancellation or refund. I Agree Member here by stipulates that he is physically sound and that he has medical approval to proceed with this type of training
